ARCH is seeking a sales professional to execute and manage all activities associated with identifying, contacting, qualifying, and closing new prospects for our services. In addition, this individual will work directly with the CEO to explore new, innovative business offerings and help strategically position the company to capitalize on emerging market opportunities. This role is a “sales plus” position – with the potential to grow into a leadership team role. The candidate must also have experience in executing projects and campaigns focused on generating a high volume of sales leads in addition to possessing excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, energetic, and curious professional who relishes the challenge of selling and enjoys working at a small entrepreneurial company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow up calls to target prospects via phone – generated through both incoming web leads and proactive calling campaigns
- Meet assigned revenue target by qualifying and closing sales opportunities
- Employ customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage target prospect lists and campaigns
- Coordinate inbound/outbound marketing programs, social media campaigns, and other lead generation projects
- Conduct sales campaigns targeted at specific industry segments
- Coordinate leads generated from partners and other sources
Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Proven sales track record in an inside sales/telemarketing role
- 2-to-3 years of experience selling business-to-business products/services
- Experience in execution of structured lead generation and nurturing campaigns
- Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce.Com, Sugar or equivalent
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing and lead nurturing systems such as Hubspot, Marketo, or equivalent
- Strong interest in multi-media marketing, social media, and the media/communications industry
